RESEARCH TOPICS
My projects more particularly concern bioprocesses based on fermentations. They aim to characterize and optimize fermentations (operating conditions, stoichiometry and kinetics) by associating tools from microbiology and chemical engineering. More particularly, I developed modelling tools for bioreactions to better understand and control them. The fields of application are fermented beverages, interactions between microorganisms in mixed cultures, production of molecules platform in the framework of biorefinery.
