- Supercritical separation from liquid mixtures in packed contactors: thermodynamics, experimental investigations, methodology development, modelling, process simulation.
- Supercritical separation of solutes from solid matrices for extraction or purification : experimental investigations at lab from pilot scale, process phenomenological modeling.
- Use of CO2 as a solvent for chemical or biochemical transformation: fluid phase equilibrium engineering, batch-mode experimentation, kinetics, extractive-reaction.
- Use of CO2 as solvent and a reactant for organic or mineral carbonation.
- Supercritical microfluidics: development of high-pressure resistant, cheap and transparent microfluidic devices, hydrodynamics study, mass-transfer.
