ITN projects offer early-stage researchers the opportunity to improve their research skills, join established research teams and enhance their career prospects.
The main objectives of the BIOCOR ITN project are :
- to develop a new profile of researcher, capable to address and manage all aspects of scientific and/or industrial problems related to MIC
- to provide the European industries with alternative multidisciplinary expertise in this area.
Scope of the project
The project was officially launched on 1st September 2009, and will run for 4 years.
11 Early-stage researchers (ESRs) and 5 Experienced researchers (ERs) will be recruited, and 2 Visiting senior scientists of international stature will support the project for 4 months each. The BIOCOR ITN positions are advertised on the EURAXESS Researcher vacancy portal.
